Is this device original?
Yes. Every device we sell is original, brand new and sealed in its retail box, and it activates in the manufacturer’s own app. It ships with a 12-month WHOOP membership included — nothing extra to buy. After that year, membership renews directly with WHOOP at their price. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by them, under their own terms.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when the order reaches you, nothing up front. If you’d rather pay in advance, any online options we’ve enabled will appear at checkout.
When will it arrive?
We ship across Egypt door to door with tracking. Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days. Other governorates: 2–4 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer. We deliver inside Egypt only.
Can I return it?
Yes — 14 days from delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us and we’ll replace it or refund you, and the return is on us.
