Original, checked and sealed
Counterfeit trackers, refurbished units sold as new and hardware-only packages without the membership all exist in the Egyptian market. Here is exactly how we make sure you never receive one — and how you can check for yourself.
Our promise
Every product we sell as Original is made by its brand — WHOOP, Amazfit, Google or ArmFit — and reaches you brand new, factory-sealed and complete. Every WHOOP tracker includes its 12-month membership.
Stated plainly: VHUB is an independent retailer, not an official or authorised distributor of any brand. What follows is our own process — what we control, and what we stand behind.
Our 5 checks
1. Suppliers we can go back to
No auctions, no anonymous listings, no opened stock. We buy from suppliers we have used before, and we reject any unit that does not arrive factory-sealed.
2. Sealed-box inspection on arrival
- Factory seal and wrap intact
- Genuine retail printing, correct model on the box
- Serial-number sticker present and unaltered
- Membership included where the product comes with one
A unit that fails any check is returned to the supplier and never enters our stock.
3. Serial numbers logged
We record each tracker's serial number and tie it to the order it ships on, so every device can be traced, a returned unit cannot be resold as new, and any claim is settled against a record.
4. Membership confirmed
For WHOOP One, Peak and Life we confirm the 12-month membership is in the package. We never sell hardware-only stock as a full package.
5. Final check before dispatch
Before a parcel leaves, we confirm the model, the band colour and that the packaging is undamaged, and log the serial against your order.
Check it yourself
- The seal. The factory seal should be intact. If it is broken, message us before you activate anything.
- The serial. The serial on the box sticker must match the one on the device.
- The official app. Set the tracker up in its own app — WHOOP, Zepp (Amazfit), Fitbit or ArmFit. A device that registers to your account is genuine. This is the definitive check, and it comes from the brand, not from us.
- The membership (WHOOP). In the WHOOP app your membership should show as active for 12 months. If it does not, contact us straight away.
What about VHUB compatible bands?
They are our own range — built to fit, at a lower price — and they are never sold as original. Every one carries a blue VHUB COMPATIBLE label on the listing and says "Compatible, not original" in its description. If you want the brand's own band, choose one labelled ORIGINAL.

If something is wrong
If what arrives is not what we described, that is our mistake and we fix it at our cost, delivery included:
- Not original, or used or refurbished sold as new — full refund.
- WHOOP membership missing — full refund or the membership made good, your choice.
- Wrong model or band colour — free exchange.
- Damaged in transit, or faulty — replacement or refund, your choice, within 30 days of delivery.
Changed your mind? Any item still sealed in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full refund policy
Red flags when buying anywhere
- A price far below every known retailer
- No clear answer on whether the WHOOP membership is included
- No cash on delivery and no traceable contact details
- A retail box that arrives already opened "for inspection"
- A claim to be the "official" or "authorised" dealer in Egypt, with no paperwork to show
