Yes. Every device we sell is original, brand new and sealed in its retail box, and it activates in the manufacturer’s own app.
Any manufacturer warranty is provided by them, under their own terms.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when the order reaches you, nothing up front. If you’d rather pay in advance, any online options we’ve enabled will appear at checkout.
When will it arrive?
We ship across Egypt door to door with tracking. Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days. Other governorates: 2–4 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer. We deliver inside Egypt only.
Can I return it?
Yes. Any item still sealed in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we refund you within 7 days of receiving it. Once the seal is opened, returns are for manufacturing faults only. If something is faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, you have 30 days: you choose a replacement or a refund, and the delivery is on us.
