WHOOP One, Peak or Life: which should you buy in Egypt?

WHOOP One, Peak or Life: which should you buy in Egypt?

WHOOP sells one idea — a screen-free band that tracks your strain, recovery and sleep 24/7 and turns it into daily coaching — in three versions. The names confuse people, so here is the short answer first.

  • WHOOP One — the essentials. Best if you want recovery, sleep and strain coaching and nothing more.
  • WHOOP Peak — the same WHOOP 5.0 hardware as One, with WHOOP's more advanced insights and coaching.
  • WHOOP Life — the WHOOP MG hardware, adding blood-pressure insights. Read the Egypt note below before you choose it.

One and Peak: same tracker, different membership

One and Peak are both WHOOP 5.0. The device, the band and the up-to-14-day battery are the same; the difference is the membership tier. Peak unlocks WHOOP's deeper analytics and coaching. If you are not sure you will use them, One is the sensible start.

Life: the MG hardware

WHOOP Life comes with the WHOOP MG tracker. It adds blood-pressure insights, which work in Egypt, on top of everything One and Peak do.

The Egypt note: WHOOP switches ECG and irregular-rhythm notifications on country by country, and today they are not available on accounts in Egypt. Buy Life for the blood-pressure insights and the MG build — not for ECG.

What is in the price

Every WHOOP tracker we sell includes a 12-month WHOOP membership, so there is nothing extra to pay in the first year. After that, you renew directly in the WHOOP app at WHOOP's price.

Bands

One and Peak take WHOOP 5.0 bands — and MG bands fit them too. Life takes WHOOP MG bands. See which band fits my WHOOP?

Our pick

Start with WHOOP One if you are new to WHOOP. Choose Peak if you already know you want the advanced insights, and Life if blood-pressure insights matter to you. Still unsure? Compare all our trackers side by side.
